These terms govern your use of GITTIC, operated by GITTIC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

GITTIC provides research, backtesting, forecasting and paper (simulated) trading tools for general information and education. It is not a broker, and it does not hold your money or investments.

Real-money trading through your own broker account is not available by default. Where offered, it depends on your region, requires your explicit confirmation for every order, and is subject to additional terms.

Nothing in the service is personal financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. See the risk disclosure.

Keep your sign-in details and MFA device secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
